Each item undergoes a thorough, multi-stage authenticity verification. We analyze, among other things, materials, stitching quality, logos, metal components, serial numbers, and characteristic details specific to a given brand and model.
If a brand certificate, a certificate from an external service provider, or our internal document confirming authenticity is available for a particular handbag, we always clearly indicate this in the product description.

We verify the authenticity of each handbag by combining expert knowledge with—in selected cases—third-party tools such as Entrupy. During the assessment, we pay attention to:the type and texture of the leather or canvas,the quality and craftsmanship of the stitching,metal finishes, their weight, color, and engravings,the serial number and its consistency with the given production period,proportions, construction, and details consistent with the original model.

It depends on the history of the particular handbag. In the case of pre-loved models, the set of accessories is not always complete, which is why we always accurately describe what is included in the set. This may include, for example, the original dust bag, box, authenticity card, invoice, boutique receipt, or external certificate, which must be included in the return shipment. If there is no information about the above accessories with the product, it should be assumed that they are not part of the set.

Yes. You have 14 days from the moment you receive the shipment to decide whether you want to keep your handbag. If you change your mind, you can withdraw from the contract and return the product in accordance with the applicable rules. For a return to be accepted, the handbag must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent — without additional signs of use. All elements of the set, such as the box, dust bag, documents, certificates, security tags or seals, must be included and intact. The cost of returning the product under a standard return is borne by the buyer. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments. You can find details in our Returns Policy.

Yes, in selected cases we accept handbags on consignment or buy them directly. If you would like to receive an initial valuation, please send us photos of the handbag - exterior, interior and serial number - along with a short description of its condition and the accompanying set, e.g., box, dust bag or documents. We will get back to you with a proposal.

When shipping outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be charged by the destination country. These are independent of the store and are the responsibility of the buyer. Before placing an order, it is advisable to check the local customs regulations in the given country.
